something about my hobbies.
As you saw on the first page,there are some fishphoto´s,so thats one of my hobbies. I started years ago,here in Holland every little boy/girl learns how to fish very young. First i fished at everything that would byte... But in 1990 i started to go specimen fishing on Carp. Carp is here the strongest inland water fish,besides Catfish then. I caught from then around 125-150 Carps from weights between 2 till 10 Kilo´s. My biggest and longest you see on the picture in the fishphoto section. That one was 10,2 Kilo´s and 90 Cm tall. |

hobby of mine is Amateur radio and DXing.
Thats a very big hobby.I like to listen to Shortwave Radio, Amateur Radio and to send on the 11 Meter band. Its fun to hear someone from the other side of the world and even better to be able to talk to them. A part of that hobby is digital communication as well. On the 11 Meter band,i use something thats called "Packet Radio". For this you must have a computer,a modem and a transmitter. It looks a little like Internet,but not as fast ofcourse. The speed of transfer in only from 1200 Baud on the 11 Meter(27 Mhz), but on the higher Amateur bands they use 2400 and even 4800 Bauds.

You can say that´s my biggest hobby lately. I was alot on IRC chat and surf some as well on the net. Its fun to do and to look and learn more about internet, webpages and programs. I use the computer for games and for my radio hobby as well.
